ABOUT DR. JOHN BOTT

My passion for chiropractic began in the late 1970's, having personally suffered from constant fatigue, digestive problems and an injured shoulder. I was treated by a chiropractor and began to see health and healing in a whole new light. Around that same time, I attended a chiropractic lecture discussing nutrition, breathing techniques and yoga.

These two events were life changing and compelled me to begin on a path of serving and helping others. I graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in April of 1988 and have been in practice ever since. In 2010 I received Bio Craniopathy Certification from the Bio Cranial Institute. I have taught anatomy, physiology and other workshops on chiropractic, healing, nutrition and exercise.

I truly believe that we all have an innate ability to heal ourselves and I strive to help my clients in their process. I help clients break through old stress patterns: physical, mental, emotional and chemical. I also strongly emphasize the importance of good nutrition and exercise for health and vitality.

Health is your ability to handle physical, chemical and emotional stress without losing your physical, chemical and emotional balance.
