ABOUT DR. JOHN BOTT

My passion for chiropractic began in the late 1970's, having personally suffered from constant fatigue, digestive problems and an injured shoulder. I was treated by a chiropractor and began to see health and healing in a whole new light. Around that same time, I attended a chiropractic lecture discussing nutrition, breathing techniques and yoga.

These two events were life changing and compelled me to begin on a path of serving and helping others. I graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in April of 1988 and have been in practice ever since. In 2010 I received Bio Craniopathy Certification from the Bio Cranial Institute. I have taught anatomy, physiology and other workshops on chiropractic, healing, nutrition and exercise.

I truly believe that we all have an innate ability to heal ourselves and I strive to help my clients in their process. I help clients break through old stress patterns: physical, mental, emotional and chemical. I also strongly emphasize the importance of good nutrition and exercise for health and vitality.

Health is your ability to handle physical, chemical and emotional stress without losing your physical, chemical and emotional balance.

The combined disciplines of bio craniopathy and chiropractic can unleash your healing potential and help your body, mind and spirit reach their full potential.

BIO CRANIOPATHY

Although quite gentle, bio craniopathy is a powerful and universally needed therapeutic procedure.

Dr. Robert Boyd, D.O., an Irish osteopath who taught and lectured extensively in the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland and Sweden, devoted decades of his life to developing this eloquent healing modality. He tirelessly researched the origin of function in the human body, eventually discovering the key to unlock stress patterns in the cranial bones. These stress patterns make us likely candidates for spinal structural problems and other health issues.

By addressing the deeper causative levels of problems, bio craniopathy helps the body correct and heal itself from within, relieving symptoms of acute and chronic health problems. But, more than that, it can maximize the potential of all systems and components of the body, optimizing your energy, clarity, and co-ordination skills while reducing your susceptibility to both external and internal assaults of illness and injury.

CHIROPRACTIC

Chiropractic is the most popular drug-free, surgery-free health care system in the world.

It addresses three types of problems in the nervous system: physical trauma, mental/emotional stress, and environmental toxins.

Your nervous system touches each and every aspect of your body. It is a vast communications system organizing your billions of parts into a healthy, adapting, living being. Chiropractic is the healing art, science and philosophy that assists this process. It permits your natural healing ability - your inner healer - to function at its optimum level.

That’s why nearly every disorder responds positively to chiropractic, including pain, immune system problems, emotional issues and myriad others. People also visit chiropractors to gain energy, think more clearly and resist disease.

Whether you have a sore neck, weight issues, sport injuries, etc. or want to break free from whatever is holding you back, bio craniopathy and chiropractic can help.

The list shown here covers a wide range of disorders but it isn’t conclusive. It just gives you an idea of the breadth of problems that can benefit from treatment and therapy. The beauty of bio craniopathy and chiropractic is their ability to get to the bottom of problems, not only alleviating symptoms like these, but their root causes.
